*** Primary school based in Willenhall
*** 1:1, small-group and general TA responsibilities
 
The Role:
As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils through 1:1 guidance, small-group activities and general classroom duties. You will help children stay engaged, understand instructions and complete learning tasks with greater confidence. You will also support the class teacher with daily routines, classroom organisation and pupil interaction throughout the school day.
 
The Candidate:
This role will suit a creative graduate who is enthusiastic about primary education and keen to make a positive impact in the classroom. You should be patient, reliable and confident working with pupils who need different levels of support. This is a strong opportunity for someone considering teacher training or a long-term career in education.
 
Requirements

• 2:2 degree or above in a creative subject.
  • A genuine interest in primary education and supporting pupil progress.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tasks clearly.
  • A patient, proactive and encouraging approach in the classroom.
  • Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
