Graduates

At The Graduate Network, we understand how difficult it is for a graduate deciding on a career. This is why we provide graduates with the opportunity to experience what school life is like in a classroom environment, providing tutoring, 1:1 and small group support to academically gifted and/or under-achieving students.

These graduate classroom support roles are designed to provide you with hands on experience, allowing you to make an informed decision on your career path in education. These programmes prepare you for many of the teacher training courses to include PGCE, Schools Direct, Teach-First and SCITT.

Although sometimes challenging, these opportunities are rewarding as they allow for more time with the students, helping them to develop their full potential.

  • Graduates looking to gain experience, prior to starting teacher training in the near future
  • Psychology graduates looking to gain experience, prior to going into educational or clinical psychology
  • Long-term opportunities in primary, secondary and SEN schools
  • Gain SEND experience with Autism, BESD, PMLD, ASD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, SLD, MLD and Speech and Language
  • Subject specialisms available

If you’re looking for experience prior to teacher training, or a psychology graduate looking to go on to educational or clinical psychology we have the role you’re looking for!
