What you’ll do:
Work with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver targeted support for pupils who need an extra lift. You’ll use visual supports and routines, break learning into manageable chunks, and run short, evidence-informed interventions in literacy, numeracy and social–emotional skills. You’ll record observations, note quick progress, and feed into simple plans so next steps are clear.
 
Who you are:
A psychology (or related) graduate who’s organised, reflective, and clear in your communication. You’re comfortable following support plans, can build trust quickly, and keep sessions calm, purposeful and child-centred.
 
Requirements
• Degree – 2:2 or above in any subject.
• Communication – Strong written and verbal skills.
• Enhanced DBS – Held already or willingness to obtain.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Clear interest in SEN, child development and wellbeing.
