The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers in the classroom and working directly with pupils on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. You will help deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy, assist with lesson preparation, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. A significant part of your role will also involve working with pupils with special educational needs to support their academic and emotional development.

The Candidate
This opportunity is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background who is planning to train as a primary teacher. You should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about education. Experience working with children is desirable, but most importantly, you should have excellent communication skills and a proactive, supportive approach to learning.
