The ideal candidate will have experience teaching lessons to KS2 pupils as well as taking control of planning and marking of engaging lessons. The ideal KS2 ECT will have good classroom management and the skills to inspire reluctant learners.
The role of KS2 ECT is at a wonderful primary school in Wolverhampton with a head teacher who has been with the school for the last 5 years and has made the school a national success as it is in the top 1% for KS2 SATs results in the country!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide both individual and group support to students in a range of subjects.
  • Assist in creating and implementing engaging and creative lessons.
  • Encourage the creation of a warm, inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
  • Children with special educational needs (SEN) should get assistance, and approaches should be modified as needed.
