Have you completed a PGCE and looking to support KS3 & KS4 students with their English studies?
 
Can you present engaging lessons to prepare students for their GCSEs?

*** MPS - £30,000 salary
*** Location – Wolverhampton
*** 74% pass rate at GCSE English in 2022
 
The ideal English ECT will have experience supporting KS3 & KS4 students 1-2-1 and within small group intervention sessions, as well as having the drive to inspire and instil a love for English.
 
The role of English ECT is at a fantastic secondary school just outside Wolverhampton City centre where support is second to none, with a brilliant English department and a head of English who has been with the school for over 4 years you will truly be in the right hands as an English ECT.
 
 Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in English or a related field.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for fostering a love of English language and literature.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to the wider school community.
