If you are a KS1 ECT looking for your first role, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The ideal candidate will hold a PGCE as well as have experience working with and supporting KS1 pupils, you will be expected to create, plan and delivery engaging and informative lessons. As a KS1 ECT you will be supported by the KS1 team as well as SLT and given all the tools you need to create a fun and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide both individual and group support to students in a range of subjects.
  • Assist in creating and implementing engaging and creative lessons.
  • Encourage the creation of a warm, inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
  • Children with special educational needs (SEN) should get assistance, and approaches should be modified as needed.
